Women's Enterprise LLN report
Personal development, confidence training, business planning, management and marketing were cited most as what women wanted with IT and presentation skills at the bottom of their priorities. Most surprising was the fact that women were far more likely to want to start a business if they have never known an entrepreneur and there are complex reasons for that that I discuss. There is definitely a need for positive role models and success stories.
